Memorial Plaque


A six inch round bronze plaque with your loved one's name, life dates, inscription and Eternal Reefs ID# is included and attached to each individual Eternal Reef before deployment.

  • Additional plaques for family members with the location coordinates are available for $250.00 ea.

    With each Eternal Reef two certificates are presented to the family. A keepsake, this certificate includes your loved one's name, life dates, location and coordinates of the Memorial Reef.
